The process of scanning your space in 3D requires the photographer set the camera in multiple spots of each room, then hide out of the way as the camera scans the space. A 2,500 square foot space will take approximately 45 minutes to scan. This will vary across different properties.

To make this process run smoothly and quickly, please follow these guidelines:

1. Have pets removed, and as few people present as possible.
2. Have the space clean and staged in a manner ready for anyone to take a tour. Remove any identifying objects such as photographs, prescription bottles, paperwork, etc.
3. Have all interior doors open, the lights turned on, and fans turned off

Once the space has been scanned, it will take us 24 hours to process it. Once the scan and payment have been processed, we will email you the cloud based embed link for you to  publicly publish your space in 3D.
